1: To improve your life, stop thinking about it so hard
Its perfectly fine to just do sometimes!
2: To avoid worrying about the future, focus on the present
Focusing on the present moment also forces you to stop overthinking. The flip side of worrying is thinking bad about events in the past. And again, if you press your focus into the now, rumination ceases. Savoring forces you into the present, so you can't worry about things that aren't there.
3: If you want a future with your significant other, inhabit the present (breathe).
Being mindful and where you are and who you are with in the moment goes a long way.
